ICT (Information Communication Technology) such as phones, computers, smart watches (as listed above) helps communication by establishing a bridge between practically everyone in the world. This bridge can let people communicate with each other. Such bridge can be platforms such as Discord, Snapchat, and Instagram (to name a few) where people can freely cross into one's messages and chat with them. Of course, the bridge is a metaphor for the Internet, what mainly forms ICT today. Basically the Internet is accessed by most ICT, people communicate via the internet, and use platforms on the internet to do so.

Although it sounds simple, ICT is what connects basic communication to the daily lives of almost everyone, everywhere. If you make a phone call, if you make a comment on a video, and even as small as liking a picture, that is ICT connecting your communication across the world.

 

ICT now is still changing and evolving rapidly, and that includes improving the great communication it already offers. It may be the future for all communication in a couple decades, years, months, maybe even weeks from now.
